CHARACTERFUL HAVEN
With eclectic flourishes and a brand new space configuration, this three-room HDB flat embodies a fresh and fabulous identity.
FRESH MAKEOVER
After a drastic revamp, this three-room HDB flat now sports a whole new look and a fresh layout. One room was torn down to make way for a much more spacious and entertainment-friendly communal area.
ALL DOLLED UP
Fancy wallpaper of various engaging prints and patterns adorns the elongated communal area. The new layout hosts full-height storage and custom-built fixtures such as gorgeous red quilted seating for a lounge-worthy vibe.
TALL ORDER
The pitched roof adds more volume to the expanse of room in this co-shared dining and kitchen area. Two island units with a slanted base maximise the walking space.
DUAL-SIDED ENTERTAINMENT
Besides eclectic tastes filling the space with a rich sense of character, functionality plays an important role in this home too. A swivelling TV allows both the living space and private quarters to enjoy access to it.
PLUSH AMENITIES
Free of doors, the semi-enclosed master bedroom looks and feels roomier and more airy. Statement pieces such as the unicorn faucet and an ornate gilded mirror frame usher in a luxe Victorian touch.
GOLD UNDERFOOT
The master bathroom is decked with gold textured flooring tiles and distressed-looking black wall tiles to match.
SEE-THROUGH ILLUSIONS
One of the main highlights of the home, the sliding glass wardrobe emphasises the height of the pitched ceiling and looks out towards the kitchen.
CHIC WORKSTATION
The compact layout of this home even has room for a study. With the sides of the study table slanted inwards, the design is more ergonomic for small space living.
BOLD MEASURES
A bright red wall-mounted sink counter distinguishes this common bathroom from the master bathroom. Though uniquely different, similar materials but with different finishes keep the look consistent.
